The story
I'm Toby Martin, from Sydney. I've been in residential real estate for over 8 years, starting in property management and proptech.
I've seen how the industry works from the inside. Good landlords paired with good tenants, still paying thousands a year for a service that mostly involves forwarding emails. Property managers juggling hundreds of properties, unable to give any of them proper attention. Tenants waiting days for simple answers.
The tools existed to fix this. The legislation is clear. The process isn't complicated. What was missing was something that put landlords and tenants in direct contact, with the right guidance to do it properly.
That's what we're building.
