What does the Free plan include?
Free covers your first property, forever: rent tracking, maintenance, lease and tenant records, reminders, ledgers and tax reporting, plus the AI assistant with a daily message limit. It is the full day-to-day toolkit, not a trial.
How long does setup take?
A few minutes. Add the property, the lease, and the tenant, and Propero builds the rent schedule for you. From there every payment is tracked against that schedule.
What happens when I outgrow the Free plan?
Free covers one property. When you take on a second, Pro unlocks unlimited properties, AI condition reports, and 3x the daily AI messages. Everything you have already set up stays exactly as it is.
Is my data secure with Propero?
Propero runs on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure, and every request is verified with device attestation before it touches your data. Each landlord's records are isolated by server-side security rules, and Propero never holds, transfers, or manages rental money.
Which states does Propero cover?
Rent tracking, expenses, and tax reporting work anywhere in Australia. The AI assistant's legislation search is grounded in NSW tenancy law today, and the break-lease guide and termination notice generator cover NSW, VIC and QLD, with more states planned.
Is Propero available on Android or the web?
Propero is a native iPhone app, available on the App Store. There is no Android or web version today.
Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
Yes. Pro is billed through your Apple ID, so you can cancel from your App Store subscription settings at any time and keep Pro until the end of the billing period. There are no lock-in contracts.
