Most landlords with one or two properties do the maths at some point: the agent takes a slice of the rent, and the work that matters still lands on you. Propero exists for the people who decide to manage it themselves.
We think the tools should do the heavy lifting: track the rent, keep the ledger, draft the awkward messages, remember the dates. The app stays out of your way, and your money never passes through us.
The name comes from Latin: propero, “I hasten”. That is the job: less admin, and a faster path through everything a rental throws at you.
Propero is built in Australia around Australian tenancy law, and it gets sharper every release. What it does today, rent tracking, condition reports, maintenance, expenses and tax, and answers grounded in real legislation, is the foundation, not the finish line. The latest addition: advertise your vacancy on Australia’s big rental portals, straight from the app.
