How do I work out what my property should rent for?
Compare similar homes for rent in your suburb, with the same bedrooms, bathrooms, parking and condition, or ask a local agent for a free appraisal. Once you have chosen a figure, Propero builds the rent schedule from it and tracks every payment against it.
How much notice do I need to give for a rent increase?

Can I change the rent partway through a lease?
