What Propero does
Your tenant keeps paying by bank transfer into your own account, exactly as they do now. You mark the rent as received and Propero keeps the schedule, the ledger, the receipts and the arrears history.
Nothing sits between you and your rent. Propero never holds it, so there is no trust account and no third party in the middle.
Your tenant creates no account and downloads nothing. In Propero, tenants are contact records rather than app users.
