Rewritten notifications, part payments tracked to the cent and a property hub that opens instantly are rolling out now, plus what we're building next.

This one is rolling out now, and it's a quieter update than July: no new tabs to learn. Nearly all of the work went into precision and speed. The right amount, the right property, the right screen when you tap. Here's what's in it.
Rent records, to the cent
Rent rarely arrives as neatly as a schedule suggests. A tenant pays part of the week, catches up on the Friday, or sends a round number that doesn't quite match what was due. The rent records got a precision pass this month, so every figure agrees. Record $400 against a $600 week and your earnings, your arrears, the balance on the payment itself and the records you export all say the same thing, down to the cent. Open that payment again and the remaining balance is already waiting for you.
The payment heatmap follows suit: a part-paid period carries the share that has arrived, so a glance down the year shows you where the gaps are.
Reminders carry the same precision. Each one names the property, carries the exact amount, and lands you on the screen you need. End-of-tenancy figures do too, counted in whole calendar days the way your state writes them, so the number holds steady whenever you open it.
Faster, and steadier
The property hub is the screen you open most, so it should never make you wait. Propero holds each property's last read close at hand and refreshes quietly behind it. Switching between two properties is immediate, and the documents, compliance and advertising sections are there as the screen opens.
Underneath that, a broad pass on stability and polish. Buttons and controls across the app now use the system's own materials, so Propero sits more naturally on the phone. Recording rent carries a quiet safeguard against the same payment being recorded twice. Over a hundred small pieces of wording were rewritten so each screen explains itself as you use it. Plus the usual run of fixes throughout.
Where we're headed
Next we're turning to the conversations that surround a tenancy. Talking to your tenant should leave you with less admin, not more, and we're going to make that true. We think it will be the most useful thing we ship this year.
Applications are close behind. When you advertise through Propero, what comes back should be just as easy to work through.
